The raw materials are meticulously weighed and mixed before being poured into a mold. Inside the mold, the mixture undergoes a specialized vacuum and vibration process known as vibrocompaction.,This extreme pressure removes all air pockets, creating an incredibly dense slab.,Following compaction, the slabs are baked in industrial kilns at high temperatures, curing the resins and locking the quartz particles together into a solid, impenetrable surface.
